When I was growing up, George Brett was one of my favorite players.
And I still consider him to be one of the greatest hitters I've had the opportunity to watch
in my lifetime.
Even though he's already high on my list, he just jumped up a couple of places after coming
to the defense of Royals manager Trey Hillman with an f-bomb tirade directed at the local media.
Personally, I don't care what kind of year the Royals have and I barely know who their manager is but I just love hearing George rip into a group of people with minimal knowledge and large mouths.

Dude, it's good to have role models. And GB is a good one. A few f-bombs is okay every now and then if the issue really means something to you. I mean, 'what the fuck?'
